Conical Burr Coffee Grinder

So… I wrote a review about how our grinder did not work at all. My husband returned it but instead of coming home with a different brand grinder (insert eye roll) he returned with a replacement of the same one. Granted, it actually worked! And the parts on it moved differently which led me to believe Canadian Tire had put a broken and returned one back on the shelf. Nevertheless, I was cautiously optimistic and it worked like a dream for a week (quiet, evenly ground to perfection!)…then the dreaded E-3 error every negative review talked about. It’s a real thing, folks. You can “clean it according to instructions” all day long and it won’t help. The E-3 will NOT go away. It is clearly a coding flaw and Paderno needs to address it because at this point unless I come across a product with only 5 star reviews and no negative ones - I will never be buying an electronic Paderno product again.

Works well for the first fill of the hopper but then gives an E3 code that stays no matter how well you clean it. Replaced 3 times and same issue each time!

Bought this so I could grind exactly what I need. Instead I have to “guess” how many cups because the knob doesn’t change the digital number beyond 6 cups - yet it will grind much more than that depending on how much I have clicked the knob. However, I’m guessing. If I wanted to pre-grind half the bag, I would have bought it already ground or spend $20 on a hand grinder. My husband is just convinced we are doing “something wrong” but I think he got suckered into spending more on the “fancy shiny product” that is really just and expensive piece of garbage. If he doesn’t return it soon - I will!!!

Received this as a gift. Fine for 11 months then stopped working with E3 error. Has been replaced twice and both times lasted less than a week due to same E3 error. Paderno will not replace the faulty product because we do not have the receipt DO NOT BUY!!!

I have had this grinder for 6 months now and e3 errors won't let me even grind with no beans in it took it back and now on 2nd machine hopefully this one will last
Not a happy with such an expensive machine that has problems!!!!
