    Very easy to clean and never sticks

    Red coating transfers to food

    This pan works very well, but it stains (red) light foods and light cleaning cloths. That cant be good?

    I was attracted to the made in Canada point. The base of the pan has a good weight to it, and heats up evenly and retains heat well, but the sidewalls of the pan are very thin and seem to get hotter than the base. I am very dissatisfied with the how the pan coating scratched while making scrambled eggs using an appropriate for the task spatula. It scratches way too easily.
