LOVE THIS BREAD KNIFE!

LOVE this bread knife! I make artisan sourdough and 100% Danish Rye Bread. This knife cuts both breads easily, without squishing the loaf! Even if the bread is still warm out of the oven! I can cut the 100% rye bread nice and thin, like I'm used to. I didn't believe the other positive reviews until I tried it for myself, and WOW. If you make homemade bread this is the knife for you! Be careful though, it is razor sharp. Watch your fingers!
