Stainless Steel Multi-Roaster with Removable Rack

Bottom of turkey raw while upper part cooked I even tried cooking just in the lid and still the bottom. Part of the turkey was raw. I kept trying because I love the style of the roaster and I love the lid for making the gravy on the stove. But unfortunately, I am going to donate it because it’s not working for me. I don’t think the bottom part of the roaster gets hot enough.

Bought this to allow me to cook a mega batch of meatballs without hovering over pot gor hours to prevent sticking.

I have an induction stove. This pan is
Supposed to be compatible HOWEVER only the lid can be used on the stove which is too shallow to make gravy or anything else! The bottom part should have the induction steel instead of the lid. Bad design.
